These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by DWM Projects (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to our clients (“you,” “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Work

• All work will be carried out as agreed in the written quote or proposal.

• Any variations or additional work requested by the client must be confirmed in writing and may incur additional charges.

• Timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to weather, supply issues, or other factors outside our control.

 

2. Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Pricing is based on the scope of works outlined. Changes to scope may result in revised pricing.

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

 

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before commencement of works.

• Progress payments may be requested for longer projects, with final payment due upon completion.

• Payment is due instantly upon invoice, unless otherwise discussed and agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of works.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide clear access to the worksite and ensure the area is safe for our team to carry out works.

• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary approvals, permits, or consents unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Warranties & Quality Assurance

• All work will be carried out with reasonable care, skill, and in accordance with industry standards.

• Materials and products supplied by us will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.

• We are not responsible for defects caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or alterations by others after completion.

 

6. Liability

• While all care will be taken, we are not liable for pre-existing issues at your property or for damages arising from factors outside our control.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

 

7. Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel or postpone booked works, notice must be provided in writing within a 14 day timeframe.

• Deposits may be forfeited and reasonable costs incurred will be payable.

 

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

• We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
